2. Calculation Accuracy & Third-Party Platform Policies
While ShopSellerKit strives to maintain rigorous, up-to-date mathematical formulas conforming to current Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, and carrier rate cards (FedEx, UPS, USPS), fee structures change frequently. Sellers are responsible for verifying official rate cards in their respective seller portals prior to placing manufacturing purchase orders or setting retail prices.
3. Barcode & Label Compliance
Barcode generation tools (UPC-A, EAN-13, Code 128, ITF-14) render standard GS1 symbols based strictly on user inputs. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold legitimate licensed GS1 company prefixes and comply with marketplace listing policies regarding GTIN validity.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShopSellerKit, its founders, or contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit, inventory storage penalties, customs seizures, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or calculators on the website.
