Our 100% Client-Side Zero-Data Collection Pledge

ShopSellerKit does not collect, transmit, store, or sell your product costs, selling prices, supplier names, sales volumes, or proprietary business numbers. All calculation engines execute locally inside your web browser. When you close or refresh your tab, calculation data is not sent to any external server or database.

1. Information We Automatically Collect

Like most websites, our hosting servers (Vercel / Cloudflare) automatically record basic non-personally identifiable log entries, including:

  • Browser type and version (User Agent)
  • Operating system (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Referring URL and requested page paths
  • Date and timestamp of page requests
  • Anonymized IP addresses for DDoS protection and geographic routing

2. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookies

Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to shopsellerkit.online and other sites on the internet.

Visitors may opt out of the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

3. LocalStorage & Client State

ShopSellerKit utilizes your browser's standard LocalStorage to save your user preferences:

  • Selected Theme (Light / Dark / System mode)
  • Bookmarked favorite tools for fast retrieval at /saved
  • Last 15 accessed tools history

This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

4. GDPR Compliance (European Economic Area)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data. Because we do not store personal accounts or server-side databases, you can exercise complete data erasure simply by clearing your browser cache and local storage.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request disclosure of categories of personal data collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. ShopSellerKit does not sell personal data or business financial data under any circumstances.
